Rules and regulations

1. The main principle of this organization is to bring science and technology to the rural areas. Those seeking membership in this forum should be interested in science and technology and to be non-religious and non-caste.
2. The desire to be a member of the community is to work for national growth and for the scientific development of the people.
3. Those who wish to be a member of this union should at least 10 years of age and interested in science and technology. Many people can join in the association from a family.
4. Those who wish to be a member of this association must get the application form and submit the filled form along with basic membership fee 0f Rs. 1000 for the college students. To get a lifetime member, the prescribed fee is Rs 2000.
5. The executive committee will decide to include any person as a member. A member of the association’s executive committee will be sent the membership confirmation certificate through the secretary.
6. Members should strive to fulfil the objectives of the Association. Functioning of the members on the basis of the rules of the Association shall be considered to be eligible to compete for any post of the Executive Committee.
7. The Association shall meet once in a year (April 1 to September 30) to convene the General body and make decisions on the objectives of the next year. Every member of the public team should participate directly or through the video footage. If any member does not attend, any questions cannot be raised on the resolutions passed by the person concerned.
8. Anyone who sees a caste or other disparity may not join the association.
9. Neither the association nor the members of this association shall engage in any act of violence. Anyone involved in act of violence will be immediately removed.
10. Those who are indulged in sexual harassment are not eligible to be a member.
11. Immediate action will be taken on those who act on behalf of the association for self-advancing or affecting the cause of the association.
12. If any member faces any disaster during travel after attending the association related events, the association or the Board of Directors will never be held responsible.
13. If any of the members behaves against accordance with the provisions of the Indian Constitution or behaving indecently in accordance with the laws of the association, the General body shall send a letter to the Secretary for seeking proper explanation. On the fifteenth day after the letter was sent, the executive committee will hold a discussion on the member’s explanation and take action temporarily or permanently.
14. If the members are suspended temporarily, the applicant can apply again only after six months. The decision will be finalized by the General body. Those permanently removed cannot join again.
15. Members may opt out of membership at any time of their choice. But any payment to be made to the society until the date of departure is payable. Executive committee will meet and the resigning letter will be accepted or rejected.

17. There is no limit on number of members.
